Who is at blame?

Was it her fault that she wore a short skirt? Was it her fault that she wanted to party at night?  Was it her fault that the bus was crowded? Was it her fault that she was born pretty? 

This time its about your sister, mother, friend, girlfriend, wife, daughter and every other women. Why should they live every moment of their life in fear? Well the answer to this question cannot be determined, you know why because no one has the exact answer to this question. In our country women are sometimes confused about their rights. On one hand people worship women in the form of LORD DURGA and on the other hand the same people molest them in the streets, kill them in the womb. Its sick that our society has not been able to understand the true place of a women. Girls are taught from the very beginning to stay away from boys, to not wear short clothes, to not go out of the house late night, to not be friends with boys. I wonder instead of teaching your daughters all this, it would really make a difference if you teach your son to respect girls. All this so called self defence training centres for girls are just a joke, instead of opening them of the government punishes the culprits and make strong laws against such violence, I truly believe our country is going to be a safer place to live in. Ok maybe the government also not at fault then WHO is it at fault?  The girls who are made victims or the guys who cannot control their dicks? 
She is afraid of getting on a crowded bus because she thinks someone is going to take advantage of the crowd and molest her and trust me it does happen. And similarly there are a lot of incidents/places where she is afraid of going.
Now that government has banned the abortion of feotus, parents arent scared about the dowry they have to pay for their daughters marriage but of the big bad world she has to face and also if she'll be able to survive it and make it to her marriage.
She kills the molestor she is inprisoned thats our country. All the ladies out there get this straight you dont have to be ashamed if something of this sort happens to you, it wasnt your mistake, you dont have to feel guilty because till the time you dont stand up for yourself all these bastards are going to continue with this shit.

There are a lot of questions and no answers, which implies this country needs HELP.
